It was a really nice trip! We didn't get to see much Poland though. Just stayed two afternoons in Krakow which is one of the biggest cities in the country. The snowboarding part on the other hand was really nice, we had good snow and a neat place to stay in. It was loads of fun to be a bunch of friends on the slope! The ski resort was rather small, but there was a nice snowpark where we spent most of the time when not inside a restaurant...

The weather has been rather cold here. It's been snowing for two days, which is not that normal. Anyways it was windy, so we went kiting. The water was suprinsingly warm since we've spent like 3h in it!




 

We had quite good conditions for this first day of the year! Not so cold, and loads of wind! The pond we were kiting in was "ankle-deep" which was quite tricky, especially when crashing!

Fred and I spent a week home to kite. We got more wind then we ever wanted, was always over 30 knots. It makes it quite hard to try new tricks! The weather was just great, over 20 degrees on some days! Quite a change with sweden where it's minus...
I was able to try my new 7 Vice from Fluidkiteboarding. I really loved the kite and had a great time kiting! Too bad i couldn't get a ride with the 11, I'll have to wait a bit... . It was realy nice to kite with all my friends. Its much more fun to be all together kiting!! Here's some random photos from the week:

It was cold, too cold! It was 1°C outside, and the water can't have been over 5°... It started to snow while packing before leaving. We were able to kite 15 minutes each, I took a second turn and came back 5 minutes after completly frozen haha!

We were abel to try the Vice in 11. The kite definitly flies well, hard to say more after such a session... Me and Fred are flying down to France, should be able to try the kites way more!

Tried a new spot and had a great session! The water was flat and the wind ok and the sun was there. Like the other day we tried mostly unhooked tricks and tried to get some films. We had such an amazing time, too bad it ended in a boring way haha!
